Our experiences have always been positive. We recently took one of our littles in for some concerns, and I would like to commend Dr. Eichler on her professional delivery of some very bad news. With COVID, of course, we had to wait in the truck, but she quickly assessed our little guy and called us to give us the bad news. I felt so horrible for her having to do that over the phone. I apologize for being so flustered at the moment, but she handled that with grace as well. I’m not sure if people realize the strain that vets have to deal with even before COVID, and now to have to discuss diagnosis and treatment options over the phone must be frustrating at the very least. Thank you, Dr. Eichler!! I have never seen your face, but I appreciate you so very much!

Excellent service and very efficient and kind. My 4-month-old Aussie needed surgery for a fractured tibia, and despite being VERY busy over the Thanksgiving holiday, the surgery was done that week. Dr. Johnson came in just to take care of Camp even tho he was not scheduled and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. Thank you and blessings. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr DeMarco did such an amazing job making Gypsy comfortable as well as his staff, they brought a carpet so Gypsy could walk in!! Thank you for your compassion!! She doesn’t do well on slick floors!

Last week I had to take my 9 lb min pin to the closet place I could find because she was throwing up blood. Thank goodness I found this place, I was from out of town and they took her in with no appointment. They took such GREAT care of her and kept in contact with me for the 2 days she had to stay in their care. I could not be happier with their service, staff and cost. THANK YOU for saving my baby girls life.

I had to make the decision to euthanize our 22 year old cat. The doctor and staff couldn’t have been more kind and reassuring that it was best for our cat who was suffering. It was a hard thing to do but I am so grateful for their compassion and guidance.
