Compassionate Care – Even After Hours

At Cascade Veterinary Clinics, we understand that urgent pet health concerns don’t always happen during business hours. That’s why we provide after-hours urgent care exclusively for our active clients—pets that have been seen at one of our three Cascade locations within the past 12 months.

This service helps ensure that your pet receives timely care from a team you already know and trust.

After-Hours

On-call for after-hours services are:

Mon-Thurs + Sunday: 6pm to 8am
Friday + Saturday: 8pm to 8am

This service is reserved for Emergencies Only.

After-Hours, please call: 509-822-2285

Please note: This is a veterinary triage support line, provided by GuardianVets, and is not a direct line to Cascade Veterinary Clinics.

Currently, our community of veterinarians works together to fulfill after-hours emergency services. As a shared service, the on-call veterinarian Monday through Thursday (nights) will be routed to a separate group within our community, such as Countryside or Animal Hospital of Wenatchee. Whereas, in most instances, on-call after-hours services Friday through Sunday will be provided by Cascade Veterinary Clinics.

At Cascade Veterinary Clinics, our veterinary staff strives to accommodate urgent care cases during normal operating hours seven days a week. However, when veterinary services may be required after 5 pm, please call the after-hours triage service. The triage support line will address your questions and direct you to the on-call veterinarian as needed.

Emergency fees will apply – if the Veterinarian and Technician are called into the clinic. In general, we discourage after-hour calls that can be addressed during normal operating hours when the hospital is fully staffed to handle these cases.

What Happens When You Call

When you call after hours, your call will be answered by our urgent care triage service. They’ll help assess your pet’s condition and, if appropriate, will connect you with our on-call veterinary team to determine next steps.
From sudden injuries to concerning symptoms, we’re here to support our clients outside normal hours and provide consistent care.
⚠️ Please Note: After-hours urgent care is not a walk-in or emergency facility. It is available only to active Cascade clients (seen within the last 12 months).
